Hi I am Pradeep Sharma, a technocrat by profession and intrapreneur by my aspired career. I live in Bangalore, India currently and have been in Mumbai and Jaipur for most of my studies and career. I love the food my wife cooks, having discovered taste very late in my life. And I have two angels looking after me, and at times buzzing around my head. I have unique friends and have discovered wonderful people along the way.
I have done my bachelor of technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai between 1998 and 2002. That being another high in my life, since I was grown up in a village (Nayan, Jaipur) with my grand parents and never dreamed of studying in one of the countries best education institutions. The IIT has given me a perspective and attitude that is my guiding light in the big world out there.
I have variety of experiences and exposures in my career and have been virtually all positions in the software consulting and development industry. My expertise lies in eCommerce, enterprise management and media verticals. I have worked with some of the biggest eCommerce websites in India at various points in my career and have been part of business analysis and development teams.
My hobbies lie in visual arts like drawing, painting, photography and video; of course I do it at personal level only. And I’m passively trying to get a balance to my life with striving to give more time to me the person rather than me the worker. I’m more of an introvert, and the social part of me is almost asleep, now that is something which I’d like to transform. Not much to an entrepreneur if there is no networking in his routine.
I love the idea that success = intent + effort + grace, and we need to go from learn to earn to share. I try to see how I can share with less exposed people, the ideas of success and the fruits of effort, as I see effort and potential all around but no platforms for that to show itself. I feel love is what you give and there are plenty of chances the universe throws at us to spread love.
